Your environment including your family home life and work schedule matter greatly. We will discuss all of this and your health history, labs, surgeries and any other information pertaining to your health. We then talk about your goals and desires for your health, your unique food preferences, your household members, your budget, your shopping style and your cooking style (or lack thereof - it's OK).
