Dana Dodge

Hi there! I’m a registered dietitian with almost 20 years of experience and a graduate of Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where I earned my degree in Applied Nutrition. I completed my dietetic internship at San Francisco State University and have spent much of my career in school nutrition, helping communities build healthier relationships with food.

What I love most, though, is working one-on-one with people—helping them understand how food truly works and how it fuels both the body and mind. I believe that what we eat is deeply connected to every part of our well-being, from our energy and mood to how we show up in daily life.

My approach is compassionate, personal, and realistic. I meet clients where they are, offering guidance without judgment and support that fits their unique journey. I’m here to help you learn, feel confident about your choices, and create an action plan that fits your life—not someone else’s. My goal is to provide the tools, understanding, and encouragement you need to thrive and feel your best.
